Chinese Warship to Call on Japan

by admin on November 18th, 2007

On the day of worship it was announced that a Chinese warship will make a port call in Japan later this month.

It will be the first time a Chinese ship has called on Japan since WWII.

The missile destroyer, Shenzhen, will spend four days in Tokyo's Harumi wharf from Nov. 28 -Dec. 1st as part of a bilateral defense exchange.

Trust in defense with China, contributing to regional peace and stability.

China will visit first and Japan will follow.chinese.warship.shenzhen.jpg

Meanwhile China continues to spend more on its military, while Japan calls for transparency in China's plans.

If it were transparent, it wouldn't be military related.

Do you think Japan and China need to feel threatened by one another?
