The Kyoto protocol is getting old.
The Bali Declaration will be implemented in 2012 to replace it. And Japan will be happy to be out from under the burden of not being able to meet their own goals.
Some 189 countries will be represented at a climate change conference from Dec. 3 - 15 in Bali, Indonesia to write that declaration.
It won't matter if all 200+ countries show up. They will NOT be able to change the environment.
Prime ministers and 120 other ranking ministers are expected to be present as well as some 10,000 delegates.
Ministerial level discussions will take place from Dec. 13-15.
I still don't buy the whole global warming scare.
Should we recycle? Sure.
Should we be earth friendly? Sure.
Should we conserve? Absolutely.
Because of global warming? No...there is no global warming.
Repeat after me...weather cycle....weather cycle.
