Internet penetration reached 12.3%.

International exit broadband amounted to 312G.

A Central Party School professor says "the public is actually exercising theirinternet.age.china.jpg democratic rights by participating in political discussion."

In August of last year a fine of 5,000 yuan was imposed on a company in Shenzhen which sent out junk mail.

In August of this year, the number of spam reports reached 330,000!

In the first quarter of last year, junk spam email accounted for 64% of the total.
