was issued today by South and North Korea ending a three-day summit between South Korean President Roh Moo Hyun and North Korean leader Kim Jong Il.

The two Koreas will push for a declaration of the end of the Korean War

The two Koreas agreed on the need to end the current armistice and establish permanent peace.

The two Koreas will create a special peace zone around Haeju, and nearby areas of the western sea border.north.south.korea.jpg

The two prime ministers will meet in Seoul and the defense ministers in Pyongyang in November.

The two Koreas will join together for the smooth implementation of the Sept. 19 and Feb. 13 six-nation nuclear agreements.

The two Koreas will actively implement the June 15, 2000 Joint Declaration on Korean reconciliation.

Officials from both Koreas will meet to realize the opening of cross-border rail cargo transport to an industrial zone in North Korea.

The two Koreas will join together to in a shipbuilding complex at Nampo.

And South Korea will be forced to pay for most of it.
