‘Century Couple’ Celebrates. He’s 102, She’s 100

She's 100 years old and he is 102.

They are China's first "Century Couple."

The healthy couple enjoy a high reputation for their longevity in Hunan Province.

Both were born to poor families and have led a simple life since 1905 and 1907 respectively.

They have two sons, four daughters and 29 grandsons and great grandsons.

Their secret to long life-

1. Their sons

2. Fresh air

3. natural mountain spring water

4. diligent lifestyle

5. mild tempers

Suppose they got married in their 20s. They would now be together more than 70, going on 80 years. That could be longer than

30-40 couples in some countries.

A couple at my home church in Ohio were married when they were teenagers and both lived to be 90 something = 70+ years of marriage.

I'd have to live to be 120 to stay married that long to my wife.
