Nine months later, he was 109 kilograms (240lbs) lighter….He lost on average 26lbs/month or almost a pound a day.
Calories out must be greater than calories in.
If you figure that you need 2500 calories a day to maintain weight…you need to stop eating and burn an additional 1000 calories to lose a pound (3500 calories) a day.
Eat 500 calories a day, burn an additional 1500…and so on.
That's about it.
And if it doesn't work, move to China. The boy in China used acupuncture and was given psychological counseling as well.
