In fact, China can do whatever China wants to do. Until the rest of the world learns to read and write the 20,000 some odd Chinese characters (hanzi) China pretty much has a lock on about 150 million Internet users and another 1.150 billion potential more.
What's more, China has no problem learning the 52 some Roman letters (caps and lower case) as well as the 2,000 some characters (kanji) that the Japanese have borrowed from them.

There is plenty of room for growth and plenty of time to grow it...after all, it took China 5,000 years to get where it is at today. What's another generation or two or three?
Wangyou Media is China's version of Google's Youtube. Yup...and China is bigger than Google. And Baidu...will perhaps one day, show Google how to do search engines as well.
Nope, China doesn't need Youtube and its nonsense, I think.

Wait...but what is it you do want to see on Youtube about China when you do have the chance?
Me...the best fight scene ever with Zhang Zyi...
