A regional farmer's federation in North Korea got a good look at the 10.5kg (23lb), 74cm (2.5ft) long giant bunny rabbits (German Giants) that Karl Szmolinsky raises when they visited his farm in Germany.
The retired car driver sees his bunnies as a partial solution to the DPRK's chronic food shortage. The North Koreans are willing to make a test drive.![]()
When diplomats from North Korea's embassy in Berlin visited the farm in Germany they bought four females and two males capable of producing up to 112 rabbits in the first year...with 7 kilograms of meat each.
That much meat might be enough for the dear leader who will likely want one or more of the feet for good luck as well. Chances are, no one else will get a taste.
What do you think?
Test: How many ways can you cook rabbit?
