North Korea called the potential move hostile when the U.S. said they were going to deploy 12 F-22 Raptors to Kadena Air Base in Okinawa.
America said they would not deploy the jet fighters.
The North could put their spin on it - America backed down because of our demands. Whatever.
In truth America may have had no intentions in the first place of deploying the fighters. Somebody knows, but we don't.
What we do know is that America did nothing except say they would do nothing and the DPRK backed down.
America can play mind games, too.
