Notable Asian countries, with their booming economies, crazy growth and top ranking in the world in terms of per capita income, access to education, and good healthcare….didn't make it into the top fifty.
China ranked higher than Japan at number 82. Japan was number 90 of the 178 countries that were ranked. India was number 125. Half of Russia is in East Asia. The country ranked 167 of 178.![]()

3. Austria
4. Iceland
5. The Bahamas
6. Finland
7. Sweden
8. Bhutan
9. Brunei
10. Canada
11. Ireland
12. Luxembourg
13. Costa Rica
14. Malta
15. The Netherlands
16. Antigua and Barbuda
17. Malaysia
18. New Zealand
19. Norway
20. The Seychelles
The United States was number 23, Germany 35, UK, 41, and France was 62.

Last time I looked Bhutan and Brunei were both in Asia and feature 8 and 9 on your list. However, point well taken and they’re not exactly the powerhouses of Asia either of them are they.
