Realtors make the most money in China
Realtors make the most money in China. It seems to me that realtors make the most money anywhere…those that do manage to buy and sell that is.
The 2006 China Forbes Millionaire List has 20 of 50 people placing real estate as their core industry or one they make money from.
The Huren Millionaires List has 6 of the top 10 rich people in China directly involved in real estate and two more listing real estate as an important business sector.
The average profit rate for most business sectors is about 7-8%.
However, the actual rate of profit for the Chinese property industry in 2005 was as high as 26.79%.
It seems the best way to make money in China is, gee, real estate.
