Internet Population reaches 132 million in China

China's internet population has reached 132 million users…up 30% from last year..and up 7.5% from June of this year.
The number of broadband users, however, is less than 40% of that with 52 million.

Hollywood wins copyright suit against Sohu in China

Another victory for intellectual property rights.
According to the Motion Picture Association, Hollywood movie studios have won a $139,000 (1.1 million yuan) lawsuit against Sohu.com Inc.
