
The goal according to Yum Brands Inc. (What a name!) is to open 400 outlets each year.
The present cost for doing business under the colonel's comman is 8 million yuan ($1 million). But, the president of Yum Brands is saying that price may drop to 2 million yuan ($250k).
Gee, if KFC meets their target of 400 franchises it will rake in only $100 million -
KFC's biggest rival for fattening the Chinese on American fast food is the golden arches of McDonalds.
But, then the Chinese don't have to eat it, do they?
